  I used this company for a termite inspection. They would not take a payment at the time of inspection. I called to pay over the phone using a credit card. I then received a bill. I called they stated that I had not paid but they had a credit card on file. I never have them permission to keep my card on file and this is illegal. I went and paid and ask for them to remove my card from file. I then get a call from my realtor a month later saying that they called her and said I did not pay. So I had to go out of my way to go back to the office and tell them I had already paid....I cannot believe how a 45 inspection became so difficult and frustrating
